PORT NUMBER: Are you able to login into MyTLCPortal and receive an error when trying to login or blank page when logging into the library?  If yes, following these steps:

  1. The system will confirm you as a user. However, if you are logging in from a work /secured location, you may have a firewall that will block this confirmation. Therefore, you will need to work with your organization’s IT Admin to add https://*.trident.edu as a safe site. Your IT Admin will also need to add port number ‘2048’ as well for outbound/inbound for Online Library access.
  2. Please note: Trident does not support a Fixed IP Address for the Online Library. If adding the port number ‘2048’ does provide access, try adding the domain name to firewall: ezproxy.trident.edu:2048.
  3. If that does not work, then add the following entire domain name: http://trident.summon.serialssolutions.com.ezproxy.trident.edu:2048/
