How do I add a new web browser to my computer?

If you want to use a different web browser that you do not already have installed, it is recommended that you do an Internet search for a free download of that web browser:

  • For example, in the Internet search field you can type “free download of Firefox” and various results will come up. Decide which web browser you want to use: examples: Mozilla FireFox, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome. Select and click on ‘Download’ and follow the prompts to ‘Run’ the installation of that web browser. Once you install and complete download, most browsers will create a shortcut icon on your desktop to open browser.
