I want to clear my browsing history:

  • Steps: Delete browsing history or clear your temporary internet files and your cache:


    Browser type Instructions
    Internet Explorer Go to Tools > Delete Browsing History > make sure you select the following minimum three options to delete (Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History) and then click on the Delete button. Close Internet Explorer and open a new window and try Outlook again.
    FireFox Go to History > Clear Recent History > Set Time range to clear as Today(if this does not work select Everything > Make sure the following are selected (Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache, Active Logins) >and then click on CLEAR NOW.
    Chrome Click on Customize and Control Google Chrome (which are three little lines located at the top right of your screen next to your address bar) >select History > under Obliterate the following items from select the beginning of time (if you have never cleared your browser history) or select the past day (if you frequently clear your browser history) > click on Clear browsing data > Make sure the following are selected (Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site and plug-in data, Cached images and files) > click on Clear browsing data
    Safari Click on History > click on Clear History > click on Clear
